What is the event all about?
The session will explore how the boardroom is currently transforming in terms of diversity, digital and data expertise; and how there has never been a better time for diverse technology leaders to seek a Non-Executive Director (NED) role.
We are privileged to be joined by three inspirational women technology leaders, who (perhaps not by coincidence) share expertise in Digital & Data Strategy.
They’ll provide insights into their journeys to becoming a technology NED, what boards look for in the role, what the role involves, and the best steps to take to becoming one yourself.

Introducing the speakers.
Nadine is an accomplished digital business leader with international, cross-sector experience. She has a successful track record for aligning business and technology strategy, and was recently recognised at #24 in the top 100 transformational technology leaders in the CIO 100.
Nadine is currently working as Global CTO for MediaCom and NED for Visit England, and has a breadth of experience across media, retail, travel, entertainment and professional services.
She is a regular speaker on panels and at conferences, and spokeswoman and mentor for organisations that encourage young people to explore careers in technology.
Norma is a Chief Data & Information Officer and NED with a passion for using data and analytics to improve customer experience.
She has successfully initiated, led and delivered global digital and technology transformations for top FTSE multinational organisations such BAT, Shell, Unilever, HBOS and BP.
Norma has a multicultural, international background and spent her formative years living in a variety of countries in Europe, Scandinavia, Asia and Africa.
Lisa is an experienced data and digital commercial leader and NED serving companies on tech-enabled strategic and performance challenges. Her diverse industry and sector experience includes private equity build-up and corporate carve-outs, public and privately held B2B and B2C companies.
She brings commercial and pragmatic use of data and technology with analytical rigour to solve business problems and drive growth.
Lisa has extensive International experience across global companies, having lived and worked in Europe and the US, as well as working in China and Africa.
