The Agile Blogosphere is Here!

I have an exciting announcement to make!  I've set up a new category here called The Agile Blogosphere.  In this category, I am aggregating lots of agile blogs, so All About Agile can be a place where you can keep up to date with everything you need to know about agile!

I hope you like it, as it should make All About Agile an even better source of information for everything to do with agile development, agile project management and agile methods.

So far I've included about 30 agile blogs.  Each of these blogs has been hand-selected by me.  I have chosen these particular blogs because I think they are consistently full of good quality, interesting and unique content, really focused on agile, and a good fit with the content you would normally find here on All About Agile.

This feature is feed-driven, so you should never miss a trick!  But I can also assure you that each and every post will be reviewed first by me before being published here, meaning you should only ever see good quality, relevant content, and not a stream of everyone's promotional content.

The posts that I approve will appear on my home page with a headline and teaser, just as my own posts do.  The name of the author is displayed right below the headline, so if there are certain people you like to read, you can see at a glance who is was written by.   If you want to see all the external content from other bloggers, you can click on The Agile Blogosphere link in the category list in the sidebar.  Further down the sidebar, there is also a blogroll, which lists every blog that is included here, with a link back to the blog of course.

When you click on external content, I will first show you a page that displays the first 1000 characters of the post, so you can get more of an idea of what it's about and also so you can see that it's content from an external source.  Right below the headline, I explain where the content is from, who wrote it, and give you a link back to the full post on the original blog.

If you'd rather see only the blog posts written by me, you can still do that.  You just need to click or bookmark the My Blog link in the top navigation.  If you click this link, it will show you all the posts written by  me.  If you hover over it, you will see all the categories for the posts that have been written by me.

Obviously I hope this will be a really great thing for my readers.  You'll be able to see a selection of great content from some of the leading lights in the Agile Community.  And it should also be good for the other bloggers too.  Hopefully for them I'll be referring lots of people from here back to the original posts on their blogs, so with any luck it really should be a win-win situation.

If you're a blogger and you want to be included in my Agile Blogosphere, please add a comment below or email me on  On the other hand, if you're a blogger I've included and you'd rather not be, please let me know and I will remove it immediately.
